- Élaboration, déploiement et suivi des campagnes de fidélisation Web en accord avec la stratégie établie.
- Gestion du ciblage, de la programmation et du suivi des performances des emailings et extensions cross-canaux.
- Coordination des différentes équipes métiers impliquées.
- Amélioration continue des performances à travers des processus de testing comparatifs.
- Conduite de projets marketing transverses pour optimiser la stratégie d'acquisition et de fidélisation.
- 5 ans d'expérience à un poste similaire, particulièrement en marketing B2C.
- Maitrise courante du Français obligatoire et compétence professionnelle en Anglais.
- Formation universitaire en Marketing.
- Maîtrise des logiciels d'analyse de données (Power BI, Google Analytics...)
- Connaissance des outils d'animation marketing digital tels qu'Adobe Campaign, Mautic, ainsi que la construction de Workflow de campagnes élaborées.
- Expérience avec les outils de testing (Adobe Target,Convertize, Google Optimize...)
- Familiarité avec les CMS courants (Wordpress...)
- Forte culture digitale avec une curiosité pour les nouvelles tendances.
- Sens de l'organisation, rigueur, souci du détail.
