**Your next challenge: - Provide high-level administrative, operational and commercial assistance to the RMs in client management.

Daytoday management and control of all the clients' queries, in collaboration with RMs (account openings, placements and investments, client visits, transfers, etc.).
Proactive followup of accounts status.
Proactively identify client needs and share the information with RMs.
Test new IT tools

**Your skills: - Typically at least 3 years' experience in the banking environment, in an administrative role

Good knowledge of relevant internal processes and compliance obligations
Fluent in Dutch and English, any other language is seen as an advantage
Wellorganized, flexible and disciplined, able to handle multiple tasks and client requests in a structured way
Strongly client
