  • Communicate effectively across the organization with strong arguments and gravitas
  • Understand financial policies and in-country regulations
  • Analyze financial data and provide innovative solutions
  • Manage credit strategy and risk appetite goals
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, particularly the CRO
  • Generate ideas and solve problems efficiently
Key Accountabilities:
  • Provide support and direction on credit policies and procedures
  • Ensure business development aligns with credit guidelines
  • Oversee portfolio database and reports
  • Compliance with Committee Charters and Credit policies
  • Enhance credit principles and guidelines
  • Participate in local governance committees
  • Manage watchlist cases and nonperforming exposures
Knowledge and Experience:
  • Extensive experience in credit and/or risk roles in financial services
  • Exposure to complex transactions
  • Analytical and decision-making skills
  • Expert in transaction structuring and credit approval
  • Team leadership and change management experience
  • Knowledge of credit risk portfolio management
Attributes and Qualities:
  • Confident communicator with proactive approach
  • Adaptable and collaborative
  • Numerate with ability to present to senior stakeholders
  • Manage multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Prioritize tasks and attention to detail
Technical Skills:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification desirable
Languages Skills:
  • English (fluent) is required
