_It is looking for new qualify profiles who want to face demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements:
_

Scope and Purpose:

Supervision of the monthly Luxgaap/Ifrs financial accounts and establishment of the Ifrs financial reportings in full compliance with the standards requirements and within the deadlines communicated by the Group
Manage and assist the accountant in the daytoday activity (Luxgaap/Ifrs accounting, invoices payment)
Preparation of Financial Reports, Forecast and Budget, for the Managing Executive Officer
Tax monitoring and legal declarations
Manage and coordinate constant relations with the Group, third parties, Tax advisors and Auditors for the semiannual and statutory accounts
Collaborate with the Managing Executive Officer and the Head of Investments to optimize company's activities
Ensure the quality of the reports made and update existing accounting procedures when necessary
Collaborate with the Head of Administration for the preparation of the administrative and legal documentation

Required Experience:

At least 10+ years accounting experience in Banking or financial institution or in a similar position with comprehensive knowledge of Luxembourg regulation (Tax&Accounting standards)
International tax knowledge is a plus

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:

Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
Deep knowledge of the Luxgaap & International Financial Reporting Standards
Strong organizational and analytical skills, advanced computer skills on MS Office
Positive attitude, able to handle multitasks and prioritize work for meeting tight deadline
Excellent communication and interpersonal ability
Team management skills
Good command of both written and spoken French and English, Italian is a plus
