Arendt Investor Services offers a wide range of services, such as domiciliation, corporate secretarial and accounting services, fund services, directorship of companies, tax-compliance services and assistance in the winding-up of companies.

To be based in our Luxembourg office, we are looking for a:

Junior Officer - Corporate Accounting

Your role:

Encoding bank statements on a daily basis ;
Encoding of supplier invoices;
Followup of the creation of new suppliers;
Participation in the management and monitoring of accounting provisions;
Participation in the management and followup of fixed assets;
Participation in monthly and annual closings;
Keeping of specific followup files / specific analyses;
Participation in the preparation of VAT returns;
Support to audit missions (internal and external);
Participation in the preparation of customer invoices;
Management of mail, filing and archiving.

Your profile:

You have a higher education diploma (Bac+2) in accounting and management;
Rigorous and methodical, you can work independently or in a team;
You have good communication, reporting and documentation skills and can take charge of a project from its study to its completion;
You have a good command of the usual computer tools, particularly Excel;
You are fluent in French and have a good written and oral understanding of English.
