Job Content:

The product owner is a product development team member who ensures that each product delivers the maximum value to the user.

He has a central position in each product development cycle, and has the ability to operate with all teams within the organization.

Role and responsibilities

Create an actionable product roadmap
Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap
Groom and prioritize backlog, come up with backlog items align with larger business objectives and implement the most efficient sequence of development
Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria
Set spring goals
Write acceptance tests
Plan release and upgrades
Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints
Analyze preferences and requests of clients

Profile:

Skills

Active listening
Work experience as a Product Owner is required
Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodology
Handson experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
Technical background with knowledge of software development and Web technologies
Strong leadership and team spirit
Ability to understand business needs in various technical domains (IT network, security, videoconference or telephony)
Ability to work cross functional teams to deliver on a common goal
Creative thinker
Management of stakeholders and their expectation
Experience with a definition of minimum marketable features and minimum viable product
Must fulfil the requirements to obtain an EU security clearance
