Senior Coporate Lawyer - Luxembourg - Harry Hope

Description

Under the supervision of the Partner in charge of the department, your main focus areas will be to :

› Assist and advise clients on corporate and/or financial transactions (mergers & acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, joint ventures, security package with legal opinions, etc.) and, from time to time, on investment funds structuring, setting up and management
› Draft and review agreements and transactional documents
› Follow-up on client requests and take part in client meetings or conference calls
› Develop relationships with clients and providers
› Be part of a team and work in close cooperation with the other team members

Profile

We are looking for a lawyer who :

› Has 5 to 10 years' experience in the corporate, ideally in Luxembourg
› Holds a Master's degree (or similar degree) in law, ideally completed by a post-graduate degree
› Has an excellent command of English, German and French, written and spoken
› Likes to take initiatives and is pro-active
› Consistently delivers quality work and appreciate the taste of well done work
› Is a good team player and, at the same time, capable to work autonomously
