- Play a key role in developing and delivering client pitches, including preparation of materials, data analysis, and presentation.
- Analyze and interpret complex data to identify business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic solutions to improve business performance.
- Collaborate with the client to implement the strategic plan and resolve any discrepancies.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure all strategies are performing as expected.
- Provide support to senior management on strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate the effects of the changes and make necessary adjustments.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the best solutions are presented to the client.
- Proven experience as a Strategy Consultant or similar role, with a strong focus on client and product.
- Excellent understanding of business strategy and market dynamics.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
- Be fluent in English, and either in French or German is mandatory.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and business software (e.g., CRM).
- Ability to travel as needed.
