- Faire le design, l'opération et l'amélioration de nos outils de provisionnement ConnectedOffice et CloudPBX
- Donner du support technique aux équipes d'installation
- Participer à des réunions de travail en relation avec des projets de développement de nos applications et intégrations avec d'autres plateformes
- Participer au développement des fonctionnalités et du design de nos applications en collaboration avec le Product Management et l'équipe engineering
- Assurer le change management et la communication interne en lien avec les nouveautés des applications
- Assurer le support opérationnel level 2 et level 3 (incident and problem management)
- Participer à un roulement d'astreintes
- Être titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau Master en informatique ou bien avoir acquis au cours de votre carrière une expérience équivalente au diplôme
- Avoir de bonnes connaissances des concepts de programmation et méthodes Agile
- Disposer d'une bonne culture générale IT et avoir des connaissances en sécurité informatique
- Avoir de bonnes connaissances dans les domaines suivants
- Développement web PHP, services web et utilisation des bases de données MySQL
- Gestion de systèmes informatiques et en virtualisation (GitLab, Docker, Rancher)
- Environnements applicatifs, réseau Telco et ICT
- Environnement OSS, Cisco Broadworks et Meraki sont considérés comme un atout
- Maitriser la méthodologie de gestion de projets
- Maitriser parfaitement le français et avoir un bon niveau d'anglais, le luxembourgeois et/ou l'allemand constituent un avantage
