Job summary:
The Europe Area Manager FSQ will manage industrial and commercial third-party suppliers in the perimeter of Area Europe to ensure adherence to agreed Food Safety Quality (FSQ) contract standards.Main Responsibilities:
• Evaluate adequacy for Commercial & Industrial third-party suppliers acting as Ferrero line referent contact• Ensure full support of the Third Party Operator (3PO) process participating when necessary in supplier scouting providing recommendation on food safety and quality,
• Coordinate FSQ homologation audit of short-listed suppliers generating audit reports aimed at qualification (homologation), provide final evaluation coordinating action plan agreed,
This role requires excellent communication skills interpersonal relationships internal external stakeholders comfortable interacting different hierarchical levels Strong leadership team management cross-functional collaboration decision-making MS Office knowledge required.
