Job description

As a part of our Luxembourg Finance Team, you are to provide the full administrative and organizational support through these tasks:
Issuance of invoices and credit notes;
Update of the data in our databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed;
Followup of amounts to be invoiced (Work in Progress);
Collection of unpaid invoices;
Resolution of litigations;
Payment reconciliation;
Fixing provisions on the clients' balance;
Update and creation of Excel files;
Preparation and documentation of the clients' accounting in view of the annual audit;
Assistance to the colleagues when needed.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance;
Fluent in French, with good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
A first experience in a similar job (including an internship);
Team player eager to learn, selfmotivated, rigorous, proactive, flexible and excellent communication skills.
