We are currently seeking a Partner Fund Lawyer to join a financial and legal structure in Luxembourg. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of the company in a stimulating and ever-evolving environment.

Partner Fund Lawyer - Your role will involve:

• Managing comprehensively investment funds and associated legal structures, including creation, structuring, and operational management.
• Providing legal advice on complex financial transactions, asset acquisitions and disposals, as well as regulatory matters.
• Thoroughly analyzing and managing potential legal risks related to investments and business activities of the company.
• Representing the company in contractual negotiations with partners, counterparties, and regulatory authorities, ensuring the protection of the company's interests.

Partner Fund Lawyer - To succeed, you must:

• Hold a law degree and be admitted to the bar with significant professional experience of at least 10 years in the field of investment funds, preferably in Luxembourg.
• Be proficient in French and English, with a thorough knowledge of German and other languages being a significant asset.
• Have proven skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving, with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously and effectively manage priorities in a dynamic and demanding environment.
