    ROLE DESCRIPTION

    We are looking for a (Junior) Analyst to join our People & Culture (P&C) team in our Luxembourg headquarters. In this 10-month mission, you will dive deeply into into the production, analysis and development of HR metrics.

    You will be responsible for (this is not an exhaustive list):

    • Prepare and build reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends from multiple sources on key P&C metrics (headcount, staff costs, recruitment, turnover, attrition, promotion velocity, contractors etc)
    • Summarize findings in a clear and concise manner, building a thorough story to provide meaningful insights for better decision making across all levels of the organization
    • Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and presentation of data; ability to see beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support and execute business decisions
    • Translate and analyse large data sets to distil insights from data and create easy to understand reporting solutions

    YOUR PROFILE:

    1. MUST HAVE:

    • Bachelor or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration or Finance
    • At least 2 years of work experience focused on using data insights in a business context
    • In-depth understanding of statistical analytics techniques
    • Computer proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    • Fluency in English

    2. NICE TO HAVE:

    • Experience with HRIS systems
    • Experience with data management and data visualization principles
    • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to get tasks done
    • Solid analytical skills with strong attention to details
