- Prepare and build reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends from multiple sources on key P&C metrics (headcount, staff costs, recruitment, turnover, attrition, promotion velocity, contractors etc)
- Summarize findings in a clear and concise manner, building a thorough story to provide meaningful insights for better decision making across all levels of the organization
- Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and presentation of data; ability to see beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support and execute business decisions
- Translate and analyse large data sets to distil insights from data and create easy to understand reporting solutions
- Bachelor or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration or Finance
- At least 2 years of work experience focused on using data insights in a business context
- In-depth understanding of statistical analytics techniques
- Computer proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Fluency in English
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Experience with data management and data visualization principles
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to get tasks done
