    About the Role:


    For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Group Financial Standards Specialist who will actively contribute to various finance projects within Administration.

    GFS & BPO is the function responsible to define and supervise the Accounting and Controlling Model among Ferrero Group, ensuring the harmonization and continuous enhancement of all end-to-end processes impacting financial reporting.

    Main Responsibilities:


    Your contributions will extend to finance master data setting, accounting model shaping and definition with particular focus on Record To Report, Account Payables and Intercompany modules.

    Your primary responsibilities will include, among others, the maintenance of SAP functional settings, overseeing Group calendar definition, facilitating the communication with the IT Center of Excellence and the Finance Community globally.

    You will play a significant role in the Group Closing monitoring, by conducting preventive analytical reviews, becoming the key point of contact during the periodic closings, and contributing to internal process assessments.

    Thanks to your expertise, by promoting standardization, innovation, and lean procedures, you will contribute to the maintenance and communication of the Unique Accounting and Controlling Ferrero Model linked to internal procedures with a big exposure to digital tools (SAP, Microsoft 365, Power BI, ServiceNow, HFM, Celonis).

    Your role in Intercompany Contract Management will involve overseeing and managing the Intercompany invoicing tool, ensuring the accuracy of intercompany balances and the periodic reconciliations. On this regard, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our external partner coordinated by Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team.

    Who we are looking for:


    You will bring your experience of at least 3-5 years in similar activities, such as accounting, risk assessment, project management, ERP implementation along with your degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Engineering, or a related field.

    Thanks to your advanced knowledge of MS Office package, SAP/HFM (or similar applications), Business Intelligence Tools, you will contribute to the team's success.

    Fluency in English is a prerequisite for effectively performing all tasks associated with this role. Any other language is considered as a plus.

    Leveraging on your analytical mindset, you shall comprehend FMCG business processes, identify risks and opportunities, showcasing your ability to streamline transactional activities and drive efficiency.

    Your excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, goal orientation, and problem-solving capabilities, combined with a strong teamwork ethic, will contribute to your success in this role.
