We are looking for Maintenace
Electrical Technician to join our Mercury Plant in Dudelange.

You will have the opportunity
to:

Be part of an innovative, highly automated tire production plant in collaboration with a diverse, international team
Work with the latest technology in a digitalized environment
Develop your skills on preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, including mechanical, electrical maintenance and maintenance of industrial automation systems (PLCs)
Seek and implement new ideas to drive safety, quality, reliability, and productivity.

Position Overview**:

Responsibilities:

Conducting electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues, using various testing equipment and tools.
Assisting in the development of electrical systems and ensuring their proper functioning.
Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues.
Drive to zero equipment breakdown by setting a highquality standard of preventative maintenance.
Diagnose electrical problems, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the reliability of electrical systems.
Participate in spare parts management.
Lead and work together as a team with required outside companies.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities as required.

Requirements:

Technical degree OR significant experience.
Strong knowledge in electrical systems, components, and regulations.
Ability to connect to PLC for diagnostic and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills combined with the capability to lead and coach coworkers.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
