Description


Passionate about digital & innovative solutions, the Sales Manager acts as a true entrepreneur and works closely with the management & the various teams.


He/she has a natural commercial mindset and an innate talent for attracting new customers and retaining existing ones, while offering high-level services in a niche market that best meet the needs of a demanding customer seeking innovative and competitive services.

Indeed, he/she will find new growth levers, pilot business projects and above all, negotiate new business agreements.


Duties and responsibilities
The Sales Manager is responsible for owning implementing sales, optimizing margin, driving commercial dynamics, meeting set sales targets, while (non-exhaustive list):

  • Communicate & share the corporate offer
  • Prospect and conduct negotiations
  • Followup the projects
  • Retain client
Beyond his/her daily tasks, Reborn offers the Sales Manager the opportunity of medium-term development perspectives, such as (non exhaustive list, nothing is impossible ):

  • Change management by creating the desire to develop the sales department, developing a strong strategy and by instilling in the sales team the best practices that lead to success
  • Create and think out of the box by developing attractive and convincing commercial materials
  • Introduce business KPI's

Skills and qualifications
Ideally, the Sales Developer has previous sales and business development experience of min. 5 years within a B2B role and previous technical experience and in particular, a digital experience.
He/she has an existing network which he can nurture and grow.
