Operations Officer - Temporary 12 months (M/F):
Mission:
As a part of the COO division, you will join the Operations & Tax team to support business operations on the day to day run.
Challenges:
Joining UBP's Operations team is a great opportunity to integrate a dynamic and expanding international environment. You will deal mainly in providing excellent customer service and quality.
Main responsibilities:
As an Operations Officer and reporting to the Head of Operations, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Day to day contact with the Banks credit card provider in relation to new client cards, changes or other card related requests
- Daily control and reconciliation of incoming payments/SWIFTs
- Handling of day to day requests related to ebanking access and various ebanking enquiries from clients
- Daily handling of the collateral exchange for FX transaction between the Bank and the fund company
- Support with operational tasks related to the cash desk and vault
- Support with various operational controls and ad hoc tasks
Education:
- Education: Bachelor Degree
- Certification: Banking, Economics
- IT Tools: Proficient IT user (M. Office, specifically Excel...)
Experience:
- Years of experience: 03 : beginner
- Experience required: First Experience
- Experience in private banking: Mandatory
Language:
- English: Fluent
- French: Fluent
Personal skills:
- Swiss resident: N/A
- Able to work with deadlines.
- Meticulous, with high level of attention to detail.
- Good abilities to multitask working environment.
- Quality mindset.
