Job summary

We recruit a dynamic, business and performance-driven professional for the position of Manager Technical Sales. You will join the Sales team and will be the technical backbone of our global sales organization, bridging the gap between customers, partners, and internal teams by providing in-depth technical expertise, managing product trainings, and innovating in sales enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-depth technical training to customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead and support product presentations at regional and global meetings.
  • Analyze customer projects, tenders, and specifications; provide tailored technical input and product selection guidance.
  • Develop and maintain technical sales and value/based selling tools, cheat sheets, product guides, and comparison charts.
  • Act as the technical link between field sales and various departments of the factory.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in cooling, energy, electrical, or mechanical engineering is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.

Skills

  • Strong service and customer orientation with aptitude in building relationships with professionals.
  • Business Acumen.
  • Organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with different kind of stakeholders and different levels of the organisation.

Technical Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of medical refrigeration, vaccine cold chain, and blood management devices and workflows.
  • Expertise in cooling, energy, or electrical engineering; solid understanding of thermodynamics and refrigeration cycles.
  • Familiar with digital monitoring is a plus.
  • Skilled in technical writing, product comparison, and creation of training materials.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with CRM, 3D visualization, or online configurators is a plus.
