Skills and attributes for success

  • Exposure to standard Pega frameworks such as Customer Service (CPM), Next-BestAction (NBA), Integration with Project management, Know Your Customer (KYC), Smart Dispute/ Smart Adjust, and any other relevant frameworks applicable to the Financial Services industry.
  • Sound knowledge on DCO (Direct Capture Objectives), Case Manager Portal and all integration aspects in a standard PRPC environment.
  • Good understanding of Pega UI (Omni-Channel UX) development.
  • Possess strong experience in delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering quality deliverables in/ on time and working in a team.
  • Good understanding of relational database and handson experience in PL/SQL.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 10+ Pega developers
  • Solutioning, Building Assets and Accelerators
  • Drive Automation and Innovation
  • Review technical deliverables as LSA and ensure high quality
  • Support business development activities, leading pursuits and developing strong relationships with existing clients and onshore team
  • Demonstrate core consulting skills and advanced level of BPM solutions knowledge to support delivery to the clients
  • Contribute in development of intellectual capital in your industry of expertise
