- Lead of a team of 4/5 reporting juniors and seniors
- Coordinate your team with internal and external parties (client and auditor particularly)
- Prepare KPIs and organise debriefing meetings with client after each closing
- Review the financial statements in agreement with their respective GAAP
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the internal production tools and contribute to its continuous improvement
- Recognize opportunities and recommend the adequate improvements
- Onboard new clients looking for delegating their financial statement production
- Hold a degree in business administration, accounting, or finance
- Have at least 5 years of experience in financial reporting, fund accounting or investment funds audit
- Have a particularly good command of Word and Excel
- Be fluent in French and English; German being an asset
- Show client minded attitude and ability to meet deadlines
- Possess effective communication skills and able to build strong client relationships
- Develop high-performing people and teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities
- Deliver exceptional client service, driving high performance from people
- Lead by example and establish confident relationships
- Understand key objectives for clients and Deloitte; align people to objectives and set priorities and direction

On behalf of them, our team produces the annual and interim financial statements for various type of funds across the globe in different accounting standards. We also assist our clients in the coordination of their operations in relation to the financial statements production, especially on the most recent changes in the industry and most technical aspects.
