Key Responsibilities

  • Share your expertise with the team members and assist them in finding the resolution process in case of complex queries
  • Assist the team manager in coordinating the team work
  • Responsible for daily activities and beyond
  • Review the deliverables/ outputs prior to be send to the client and ensure high quality client service
  • Ensure the team reports and escalates exceptions/risk incidents in a timely manner
  • Having a strong custody and operational background
  • Complete daily operations linked to complex client requests
  • Assist the manager with auditors and the internal control department
  • Participate in meetings
  • Participate in projects

Qualifications skills and experience

  • Experience in custody and fund accounting for at least 5 years
  • Computer competence (Excel Access)
  • Good knowledge of investment funds and the Luxembourg market
  • Be fluent in English is a prerequisite and good understanding of French and German is considered as an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good knowledge of the Luxembourg Investment Fund Industry
  • English French and or German an advantage
