- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung;

- Lieferantenbuchhaltung: Kodierung Rechnungen, Verwaltung von Mahnungen, Verwaltung der Lieferantenkonten, Überwachung der Zahlungen;
- Mieterbuchhaltung: Erstellung von Rechnungen (Datenbank-gestützt), Anpassen von Zahlungsbeträgen z.B. aufgrund von Indexierung, Fortschreibung Mieten- und Nebenkostenabrechnung, Mahnungen;
- Zuarbeit zum vierteljährlichen Reporting und zur jährlichen Bilanz der verschiedenen Gesellschaften;
- Mitarbeit an den gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Reportings;
- Mitarbeit in der Liquiditätsplanung der einzelnen Gesellschaften.

- Comptabilité des locataires : création de factures (à l'aide d'une base de données), adaptation des montants à payer, par exemple en raison de l'indexation, mise à jour des décomptes de loyers et de charges, rappels ;
- Contribution au reporting trimestriel et au bilan annuel des différentes sociétés ;
- Collaboration aux reportings prescrits par la loi ;
- Collaboration à la planification des liquidités des différentes sociétés.

Wir suchen eine(n) Buchhalter (in)
Landimmo S.à.r.l. entwickelt auf den ehemaligen Industrieliegenschaften in Luxemburg-Hollerich und Ettelbruck bis zu m2 BGF für Wohnen, Büro und Gewerbe. Ein großer Teil davon soll für den eigenen Bestand gebaut und nachhaltig vermietet werden. Aktuell haben wir m2 in der Projektentwicklung und m2 in Bau sowie m2 im Management. Der Ausbau der Geschäftstätigkeit erfordert eine Verstärkung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung.

Nous recherchons un(e) Comptable (h/f)
Landimmo S.à.r.l. développe sur les anciens sites industriels de Luxembourg-Hollerich et d'Ettelbruck jusqu'à m2 de SHON pour des habitations, des bureaux et des commerces. Une grande partie de cette surface sera construite pour notre propre portefeuille et sera louée de manière durable. Actuellement, nous avons m2 en développement de projet et m2 en construction ainsi que m2 en gestion. Le développement de l'activité commerciale nécessite un renforcement dans le domaine de la comptabilité.
