Human Innovation Partners is looking for a motivated Risk Management Officer to join a Financial Services structure.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
Assist the Conducting Officers with their daily function
Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements
Work with other departments to ensure they are assessing and managing risks
Daily risk reporting preparation and review with the necessary escalation of critical issues, such as VaR reports
Review and analyze risk data to identify trends and areas of concern
Prepare quarterly AIFMD Reports
Review fund's risk profiles and calibrate risk limits
Performing pretrade checks for nonliquid assets and an oversight on the AIFs valuation
Work with the company's senior management to ensure a culture of risk awareness
Provide regular reports to senior management on the effectiveness of risk management processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
5 to 6 years' experience within the Investment Funds, finance industry, and audit, with a strong economic background
Investment management background, with experience in UCITS and/or Alternative Investment Funds
Experience with regulatory compliance and risk assessment
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other analytics tools
General Office Management duties to assist the growth of the business and ensure the smooth running of daily activities
Other adhoc analyses and tasks to assist the growth of the business and ensure the smooth running of daily activities
