Description
Human Innovation Partners is looking for a motivated Risk Management Officer to join a Financial Services structure.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Assist the Conducting Officers with their daily function
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Work with other departments to ensure they are assessing and managing risks
  • Daily risk reporting preparation and review with the necessary escalation of critical issues, such as VaR reports
  • Review and analyze risk data to identify trends and areas of concern
  • Prepare quarterly AIFMD Reports
  • Review fund's risk profiles and calibrate risk limits
  • Performing pretrade checks for nonliquid assets and an oversight on the AIFs valuation
  • Work with the company's senior management to ensure a culture of risk awareness
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on the effectiveness of risk management processes

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
  • 5 to 6 years' experience within the Investment Funds, finance industry, and audit, with a strong economic background
  • Investment management background, with experience in UCITS and/or Alternative Investment Funds
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and risk assessment
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other analytics tools
  • General Office Management duties to assist the growth of the business and ensure the smooth running of daily activities
  • Other adhoc analyses and tasks to assist the growth of the business and ensure the smooth running of daily activities
