Exciting opportunity to join this leading global law firm who are a market leader in the provision of legal services to investment funds.

The role will be working with a leading Head of Funds based in Luxembourg. This role would suit an ambitious and driven funds lawyer with 1 + years PQE.

Our client is a leading offshore Magic Circle firm with key offices in most financial hubs worldwide and the firm has specific expertise and unparalleled knowledge of legal matters in these main fund domiciles.

The Role

The funds associate will get the opportunity to work with a range of leading investment funds clients across a range of locations and will advise these clients on all aspects of a fund to include setting up, managing and investing across a broad range of fund structures and management entities.

More specifically this will include

• Advising clients on a wide range of matters with a particular focus on the provision of high quality legal advice to clients on fund formation, ongoing legal and regulatory compliance as well as restructuring of Luxembourg investment vehicles

The Person

• Exceptional academic background
• Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar or eligible to be registered on the list of the bar
• Outstanding technical legal skills and knowledge of funds law with demonstrable experience of advising clients in all aspects of funds
• Exceptional interpersonal skills are a must with a client first approach
