COMPANY PROFILE:
CNH Industrial Finance Europe S.A. provides cash management and treasury services to the CNH Industrial Group's subsidiaries. The Company manages various cash pooling structures, both domestic and cross-border. It also serves as central treasury vehicle of the CNH Industrial Group in the international financial markets.


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The position is based in the Luxembourg headquarter of CNH Industrial Finance Europe S.A.

As member of the Back Office team, he/she is accountable for ensuring the control and confirmation of the treasury operations, the timely settlement of cash flows, the EMIR reporting and the maintenance of bank documentation.


YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Control, validation and processing of treasury operations.
  • Daily reconciliation of bank accounts movements and balances.
  • Confirmations to/from Group companies and external counterparties.
  • Confirmations matching.
  • Investigation of discrepancies with counterparties and related followup actions.
  • Confirmation of settlements and submission of payments.
  • Monitoring of payments, collections, backvaluations and claims.
  • EMIR reporting.
  • Maintenance of bank documentation (authorised dealers, authorised signatories, SSI).

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University Graduate in Business or Economics.
  • At least 3 years of back office / middle office experience gained in a multinational corporation and/or a bank.
  • Good knowledge of treasury operations and banking practices.
  • Strong IT and systems skills (Excel proficiency, treasury management systems, electronic banking systems).
  • Fluent in English. Italian, French, Spanish or German would be an advantage.
  • Team player with good relationship building skills. The position requires continuous interaction with other internal departments and external partners.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work quickly and accurately under pressure to meet the required deadlines.
