Your career at Deutsche Börse Group:


Your area of work:

- and onboarding processes. Our diverse, international team is the central point of contact for recruitment matters, as well as employer branding activities. As Intern Recruitment (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the entire selection process of the interns, attending recruitment events and acting as daily support of our Recruitment Officers.


Your responsibilities:


  • Support and assist recruiters with staff hiring
  • Organise events and trainings for current interns
  • Improve current processes and maintain procedures up to date
  • Assist recruiters in the organisation of job fair
  • Provide consistent daily support in various HR related topics & projects
  • Respect confidentiality, show discretion and professionalism

Your profile:


  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program with a recognized institution and can provide an internship agreement,
    OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months
  • Motivated, dynamic, can do attitude and highly adaptable
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as autonomously
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English. French and/or German would be an asset
