Processes orders for materials or merchandise from sales staff or direct customer contact. Maintains customer files with sales contracts and other information. Gives price quotations, completes order sheets and checks the price and quantity of each item listed. Distributes order sheets to respective departments. May coordinate with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and back orders.


Working at NTT
The primary responsibility of the Order Administrator is to ensure that all purchase orders are processed correctly. This role works closely with internal stakeholders to achieve a successful order to cash process


Key Role and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for purchase order processing, shipment and clearance of all client purchase orders.
  • Processes orders for materials or merchandise from sales staff or direct customer contact.
  • Maintains customer files with sales contracts and other information.
  • Presents price quotations, completes order sheets and checks the price and quantity of each item listed.
  • Distributes order sheets to respective departments.
  • May be required to coordinate with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and back orders.
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy in relevant systems.
  • Ensure all order documentation is correct and completed.

  • Relevant related experience in a similar role such as administration support or order processing
