Context


CBRE is looking for a motivated Assistant (fulltime) to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations.


Your Mission

Your responsibilities will include

  • Organize department and assist colleagues in different ways:
  • Revise mandates, lease agreements, and other contractual documents
  • Dispatch incoming leads
  • Compile and send out marketing reports to the landlords, redaction, and publishing of Internet ads
  • Prepare PowerPoint (or other) presentations
  • Support the office manager by performing receptionist duties when needed (reception of visitors and clients, answering the phone (general line))
  • Database management (Efficy and Propertyweb) : keeping our department's CRM system up to date by proactively contacting our investor clients
  • Update the fee pipeline and request invoices to finance and transmit to the landlords

Your profile

  • You have experiences as a backoffice assistant, office/commercial assistant or in another relevant administrative role
  • You have proficiency with MS Office
  • You are fluent in French and English; German would be a serious advantage

  • You are diligent with a "cando" and problemsolving attitude
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You have excellent organizational and time management skills
  • You have thorough understanding of office management procedures
