Responsibilities:

• Identify, source, and evaluate new investment opportunities
• Conduct investment analyses including commercial, financial, technical, and legal due diligence
• Support team in negotiation and investment execution, incl. term sheet and deal documents
• Execute various special projects as needed, including developing and researching investment opportunities across multiple financial services sector verticals
• Interact with various service providers, including law firms and thirdparty consultants
• Establish and maintain strong professional relationships inside and outside the MGV network
• Assist individual portfolio companies in support of MGV board members or observers
• Coordinate investor reporting and assist with building MGV's infrastructure

Qualifications/ Requirements:

- c.2-3 years of professional experience within venture capital or growth investing

• Prior experience at a startup (B2B FinTech or otherwise) in an operational role (cofounder, product management, engineering, sales, marketing) is a plus. Management consulting and/ or investment banking will also be considered
• Keen interest in Financial Services and B2B software
• Hardworking, diligent, analytical, personable, and willing to go the extra mile
• Fluent in spoken and written English. Other European languages is a plus
