About the role

  • Responsible for the daytoday administration, bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements for various Luxembourg SPVs and funds;
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearend closings including related NAV calculations (where required);
  • Liaison and interaction with clients, client advisors, investors, auditors (dealing with audit queries) and any other third parties;
  • Coordinate and arranging investor servicing, including investor onboarding and investors' transactions; Ability to read and understand transactional legal documents/contracts to translate them into the books;
  • Assisting in the organization of board meetings and shareholders' meetings;
  • Ability to prepare VAT & Tax returns;
  • Ability to prepare the periodic CSSF/BCL reporting and any other funds related reports;
  • Assistance in the preparation of consolidated accounts (where required);
  • Undertake any project work as required, undertaking initiatives identified and designated from time to time by your direct Manager;
  • Share your knowledge and experience with your colleagues;
  • Coach and review the work of other team members;
  • Act as a role model for new joiners in the team in order to train and guide them.
About you - essential requirements

  • Bachelor and/or Master's degree in Accounting, Audit or Economics (ACA/ACCA/CIMA would be an asset);
  • 3 years of relevant experience in the fields of domiciliation and alternative investment fund administration or audit firms;
  • Detailed knowledge of LUXGAAP accounting principles, IFRS is a plus;
  • Good knowledge of fund industry, holding and finance structures;
  • Have advanced skills on MS Office tools and BOB50;
  • Private Capital Suite (formerly Investran) knowledge would be a strong asset;
  • Fluent in English (knowledge of French and/or German will be considered as an asset);
  • Responsive and client focused with strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to interact effectively (oral and written) with contacts both within and outside the company at all seniority levels;
  • You possess team spirit, a capacity to build strong client relationships and take initiative to act without waiting for direction (when appropriate
