Description

Conduct regular reviews of financial results to verify the accuracy of figures recorded in the books.
Prepare provisions and perform controls of actual figures for net revenues, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Oversee and execute controls of the general ledger concerning profit and loss accounts.
Develop budgets, business plans, and estimates, along with producing ad hoc analyses to support strategic decisionmaking.
Generate various monthly reports, including Legal Profit and Loss statements, profitability reports, and business line reporting.
Prepare documents and actively participate in Boards of Directors meetings for funds.
Collaborate closely with the accounting team and other departments ensuring effective communication and alignment of financial strategies.
Coordinate with external and internal auditors during inspections and audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
Maintain and continuously update the internal assets under management (AUM) and product referential database for fundrelated data, sharing insights with relevant stakeholders.
Lead the budgeting process, coordinating efforts with the Paris headquarters and local team, including multiple presentations to the local CEO.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
5+ years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the asset management industry.
Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred, or demonstrated ability to manage people effectively.
Fluent in French; proficiency in English is mandatory.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Selfmotivated with strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure independently, and proactively manage multiple deadlines.
Excellent networking abilities and adept at prioritizing activities to achieve strategic objectives.
