For our client based in Luxembourg, we are looking for candidates who are motivated to work in a human-sized and flexible company.

Missions:

• Weekly encoding of US accounting data
• Quarterly financial reporting and intercompany balance reconciliations
• Year-end accounting operations
• Preparation of tax returns in collaboration with our USGAAP
• Preparation of legal reports related to annual accounts and other legal documents
• Various administrative tasks and management of permanent files
• Monitoring of supplier and customer invoicing
• Execution of weekly payments
• Management and administration of US payroll
• Preparation of weekly cash flow
• Preparation of monthly management dashboards

Profile:

• Holder of a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting & taxation
• Proficiency in US GAAP accounting standards; knowledge of other accounting standards such as Luxembourgish GAAP is a plus
• Good understanding of US taxation (sales tax, income tax...)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a US accountant preferably in an operational company or in a fiduciary (preferably with a client-oriented portfolio)
• Experience in using one or more software dedicated to American accounting, mastery of SAGE 100 Contractor software is an asset
• Good knowledge of corporate finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to work autonomously while being a team player
• Demonstrates rigor, organization, and strong communication skills
• Fluent in French and have excellent English language skills (spoken and written); knowledge of any other language is a plus
