Quality Controller - Luxembourg (Canton), Luxembourg - Luxair

Description

For our department Compliance et Qualité within LuxairServices, we are looking for a (an):

Quality Controller (m/f/x)

Main duties:

• Perform quality inspections and checks (finished products, services, returned products from flights, ...) and maintain records of the results
• Analyze the inflight reports and investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
• Contribute to the improvement of existing processes related to products and services quality through the analysis of collected data, observation of flows, processes, working methods, regulations and documentation
• Work closely with other departments, to ensure that the processes and the required standards of quality are understood, respected and integrated transversally into the organization
• Provide administrative support to the Compliance and Quality Coordinator, such as documenting processes, preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and coordinating administrative tasks related to quality process analysis

Required profile:

Minimum required criteria:

• Be holder of a bachelor degree (Bac + 2) or equivalent
• Have a proven experience in the area of activity
• Solid understanding of product and quality principles
• Be structured, self-disciplined and have a good analytical mind
• Excellent communication skills and a good team spirit
• Excellent skills in English (spoken and written) and in either German or French.
• Be familiar with standard office applications
• Be outspoken, factual and clear in resolution of issues
• Be open to give active feedback to internal and external departments with the aim to improve overall quality

Desired or to be acquired criteria:

• Have strong attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team to resolve problems and improve processes
• Refer to the training table

The ideal candidate:

• Knowledge of French, Luxemburgish, German or any other language is considered as asset
