COMPTABLE
DEFINITION
En collaboration avec le responsable du service et de l'expert-comptable en charge de la révision des comptes, vous assurez la tenue courante des comptes en comptabilité générale et en comptabilité analytique, rassemblez, coordonnez et vérifiez les données comptables, établissez des livres comptables, contrôlez et saisissez des opérations bancaires. Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous procédez au classement des pièces justificatives, pointez des factures que vous confrontez aux relevés de comptes, effectuez le lettrage des comptes de tiers, saisissez les dépenses de caisses, vérifiez les inventaires et participez à la clôture des comptes. Accessoirement à votre activité, vous émettez des factures, suivez les encaissements et effectuez des relances en cas d'impayés.

ACCOUNTANT
DEFINITION
In collaboration with the department head and the accountant responsible for auditing the accounts, you ensure the day-to-day maintenance of accounts in both general and analytical accounting, gather, coordinate, and verify accounting data, establish accounting books, control and enter banking transactions. As part of your duties, you process the classification of supporting documents, reconcile invoices with bank statements, reconcile third-party accounts, enter cash expenses, verify inventories, and participate in closing the accounts. Additionally, you issue invoices, monitor receipts, and follow up on outstanding payments.
