What part will you play?
**_

Functionally attached to Ilse and Jo in Belgium, this autonomous position is made up of 2 parts: Country CFO and Smart Infrastructure Financial head._**
On the country scope, you represent the Luxemburg branch towards the local institutions (Chambre de Commerce, Fedil ) and in the relevant Fra-Be-Lux meetings.

You monitor both Luxemburg and Siemens legislation and regulations (labor, social, tax, Compliance ), roll out the communication, guidelines and procedures within your perimeter and ensure actions are taken and realized timely.

In cooperation with our colleagues from Corporate Finance and Legal Belgium, you make sure that all fillings are done in time and perform a high-level monitoring of financial figures by periodic checks of P&L and balance sheet.

You support the budget and forecast process for all cross-BU topics, and handles the risk Management (identify and monitor, follow up provisions and accruals in accounting, support the business to avoid or mitigate risk management ).

You calculate, align and communicate on cost distribution within the Businesses.

On the
Business side of the position, you have P&L responsibility for the SI business in Branch Luxemburg.

You participate in defining the strategy for this division and act as financial project manager, preparing and participating to Go/NoGo meetings (LoA) for major SI deals.

Continuous improvement and productivity are also under you focus:
you drive process optimization & digitalization, and empower your teams and stakeholders.

From a day-to-day perspective, you ensure correct books & records, coordinate the update of budget and forecast, create and review the business-related contracts and frame agreements (EN, FR, DE).

You monitor controlling actions on local project and figures (risks in projects, purchasing activities, Quality ).

A team of 10 colleagues, to mentor and develop, will help you in some of these tasks.

This role is located in the country of Luxemburg (Contern) and requires on-site work: >50%.

What do you need to make real what matters?

For this position, a
higher education in Finance supplemented by at least 7 years of experience in the financial field is required.

MS Office is your daily friend and you even have an appetite for BI tools that allow you to save time while digging into the data.

Fluency in French, German and English is required (in case of an intermediate level in German, we can help you develop quickly).
