Experis IT Luxembourg is looking for an
Account Manager (M/F) for one of its clients based in Luxembourg.


Your responsibilities

  • You will manage existing clients and key clients and you will be in charge of promoting the client's ICT solutions.
  • You will be responsible for developing new clients and make sure to reach your sales objective.
  • You will collaborate with all departments, such as presales, management, marketing, etc., to provide the highest quality of services and to make sure sales objectives are reached by upselling and crossselling.
  • You will respect deadlines regarding the meeting of customer needs.
  • You will organize, schedule and deliver strategic account plans every quarter and share it with your team.

Your profile

  • You have a master's degree in marketing, business administration, sales or any other relevant field.
  • You have already worked in one of the following areas: sales, management, account management or another pertinent area.
  • You already work with CRM software, and you have basic computer skills.
  • You have great communication and negotiation skills.
  • You are fluent in French & English.
