    Your Role
We are looking for a Registration Analyst, Associate 1, to join our DMC-Wire room division. You will be responsible for helping the Document Management Centre and monitoring and processing payments.
Your Team
You'll be supporting the DMC-Wire room within the Registration department and directly reporting into a Team Leader and Manager.
Your Responsibilities

  • Open and sort the post
  • Scan all possible documents in AWD and store all scanned documents in LAB archiving boxes and send them for storage; rescan items;
  • Retrieve original documents from LAB as per request from different business areas
  • Monitor and return original documents to shareholder
  • Process payments in Cash systems: Bank of America CashPro Online International Payment System (IPS) (all currencies + cheque processing); JPMorgan access (all currencies); State Street Cash Manager (USD only); Multi-Currency Horizon for nonUSD (processing Receipt, Transfer and Payment)
  • Communicate failed or returned payments to the department in charge of the payment (Dealing, Accounts and Control, Reports and Events or Client Services)
  • Share certificates issuance and destruction process (issue and cancel share certificates; monitor and reconcile issued and cancelled share certificates)
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing Swifts messages (investigate and forwarded failed SWIFT messages to the appropriate Department)

Your Profile

  • Preferably some banking or financial services industry experience
  • Good computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word and Outlook...)
  • Excellent communication skills fluent in English (written & oral)
  • Other Languages (French, German, Dutch or Italian) are considered as an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, under pressure while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards also with large work volumes
  • A clear and analytical methodical approach to problemsolving; administrative and organizational skills; meet tight deadlines with initiative and teamoriented spirit
  • Strongly adhere to existing procedures and controls
  • Client focus
