International Organizations.
For our customer, an EU institution based in Luxembourg, we are searching for a Junior Linux Administrator

If you would like to work for an EU Institution and bring your contribution to their work, then this is the right opportunity for you.

You will be responsible of:

Administration of Linux RHEL and Ubuntu:

Installation and configuration of servers
Maintenance (patches, upgrade, user and security management)
Management of monitoring probes (Icinga2) and log collection (Filebeat, Fluentbeat)
Infrastructurelevel administration of hosted products (SDL Worldserver, Docker, )
Administration of Oracle and MS SQL server databases with a focus on daily operations.
Management of infrastructure tools such as ELK/OpenSearch, GitLab, Icinga2, PMP
Drafting of environment documentation and maintenance procedures
You have an University degree in IT or a relevant field
You have at least 12 years of experience with Linux and Oracle
You have few months of experience with Shell scripting
It will be considered as an asset if you have knowledge/experience with the following tools: Ansible, Git, Docker, Elasticsearch, Cloud ( AWS, Azure)
Ability to write/speak/understand English and French (minimum B2 level)

This client is requesting the presence on-site The offices are centrally located ( in Luxembourg) easy to reach by public transportation.
