The opportunity

Major responsibilities:

  • Supporting the HR processes for the entire associate work life cycle from recruitment to exit from the company for the population in scope
  • Creating the necessary documents and personal files
  • Maintaining personal data of associates within several HR systems
  • Addressing incoming requests from HRBPs and collaborating with other colleagues within HR and the company
  • Participating to projects for the continuous improvement of the HR SSC as well as to the broader HR team

Languages:

Fluency in English + good knowledge of at least one of the following languages French/German/Luxembourgish.


Skills & Qualifications:


  • Knowledge of Luxembourg Labour Law
  • Ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality
  • Stress resistant
  • Good, professional communication skills
  • Good organization and accuracy skills
  • Ability to multitask and to manage priorities
  • PC Literate
