- Assist external asset managers in placing orders for equities, fixed income securities, and other financial instruments on behalf of clients (more or less 25 clients)
- Monitor market trends and developments to inform investment decisions and optimize portfolio performance.
- Liaise with brokerage firms and other financial institutions to ensure timely and accurate execution of trades
- Maintain accurate records of trades, transactions, and client portfolios in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide administrative support to the external asset manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on portfolio performance as needed
- Stay informed about changes in market regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and adherence to standards
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Proven experience in order placement and trade execution within the financial services industry for at least 5 years
- Fluent in English at level C1 or above, with excellent written and verbal communication skills ; fluency in Israeli is an asset
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
