    We are currently looking for a:

    Customer dervice Deputy Team Leader (M/F)

    Your mission:

    Act as the main point of contact and advocate for our customers.

    Contribute to continuous improvement and create clear guidelines when needed.

    Coach and support colleagues.

    Develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, processes, and productivity standards.

    Join a dynamic team.

    Provide before- and after-sales support.

    Handle tickets, resolve issues, track progress, dispatch tasks, and manage escalations.

    Maintain and enhance procedures and FAQs, keeping an eye on changes and consistently improving processes.

    Respond to customer requests promptly.

    Work efficiently under stress.

    Exhibit a friendly and professional phone manner.

    Our ideal candidate:

    Required Skills:

    Proven experience in a similar role.

    Strong organizational skills.

    Demonstrate a structured approach to analysis and documentation.

    Accurate, detail-oriented, and reliable.

    Strong customer orientation.

    Knowledge of Plesk Shared Webhosting and WordPress.

    Experience in SSL Certificate Management.

    Proficient in Microsoft 365 Administration (Azure AD & Intune Endpoint Management).

    Familiarity with Network Management (Meraki).

    Competence in standard office applications.

    Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), with good proficiency in German, Spanish, or French.

    Desired or to be acquired criteria:

    Good knowledge of up-to-date office hardware and software, including mobile data management and new technologies.

    Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.

    Strong communication skills at all levels, both within and outside the company.
