The opportunity:

We are currently looking for Assistant to join our Shared Service Center in Colmar-Berg, Luxembourg.

This requires independent judgment and discretion, confidentiality, a good understanding of business vocabulary and a detailed knowledge of the organization's operations, procedures and people.


On this position you will:

  • Be responsible for Shopping Carts/Purchase Orders and invoices for R&D organization
  • Goods receipts and Invoice Approval after user/requestor confirmation
  • FreeofCharges invoices shipments inside and outside EU for experimental tires, to testing tracks and to OE customers
  • Internal Orders for R&D organization
  • Invoice retrieval to support grants recoveries and internal audits
  • Competitors tires quote/order
  • Control and maintenance for R&D organization's purchase orders approval flow
  • Material / Goods receipts and distribution of R&D material
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports and administrative tasks
  • Maintain internal data base
  • Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  • Receptionrelated tasks

To join our team you will need:


Education:


Languages:

Fluency in English is a must. French and/or German will be considered as an asset.


Experience& Knowledge:


  • First experience as Assistant or in Shared Service Center.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). SAP would be an asset.
  • Efficient, accurate, organized, and timely responses to tasks completion.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and orally.
  • Positive attitude: contribute to the overall flexibility of tasks allocation, team player, adaptability, and readiness to adapt to new process and procedures.
