About the role:

As a Fund Services Senior Associate, you will work in a team of bright and motivated individuals to drive the growth and performance of the fundcraft brand.

You will become part of a high functioning team serving prestigious clients in the alternative investment industry.

In that team, you will be mainly responsible for the timely delivery of fund services via the fundcraft platform while reporting to a manager.

What you can expect to do in the role:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform the administration of any services for assigned clients
Support the coordination of responses to queries, in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure that all transactions and investor records are filed and maintained efficiently and comprehensively
Be responsible for processing and confirming capital activities
Responsible for preparing and delivering of any regulatory reporting and investor reporting
Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that client needs are met
Support the team growth and act as in a Senior capacity in case of absences
Support new client onboarding & new fund launches to successful completion
Support the training and development of the team, providing guidance and supervising any assigned tasks

Must-Have Experience / Qualifications:

Have 24 years experience in a similar position, or in a Fund/Corporate role with client exposure
English: fluent level (spoken and written), German or French would be beneficial
Good knowledge of Google workspace and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree
Knowledge of French and/or German
Knowledge of Luxembourg Fund Industry
