Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
Conduct regular compliance assessments, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate controls.
Develop and deliver compliance training programs to enhance staff awareness and understanding of regulations.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide guidance on compliance matters and resolve any issues.
Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices, ensuring the company's compliance framework remains robust and up to date.
Conduct internal investigations and implement corrective measures as necessary.
Serve as a point of contact for regulatory bodies and external auditors.
Prepare and submit reports on compliance activities to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree in law.
6 years of experience in compliance roles within the financial services industry
Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., Luxembourgish laws)
Proven track record in developing and implementing compliance programs, being already in contact with the CSSF would be an advantage.
Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in German.
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
