Our client, a computer supplies company is looking for an Administrative Assistant temporarily starting in January 2024 for 1 year.

Your responsabilities:

Your responsibilities will encompass supporting the implementation and execution of HR policies, tools, and processes within institutional, legal, and procedural guidelines.

You will contribute to the timely and accurate recording, functioning, and reporting of various HR processes and information.

  • This task consists of: Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners.
  • Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses.
  • Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.
  • Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships.
  • Provides general office support.
  • Serves as the department/group contact.
  • Coordinates and generates business reports and insights. Completes special projects as assigned.

Your profile:

  • At least 1 to 2 years of secretarial experience in a professional office environment
  • Fluent in English and Japanese
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to complete tasks in accordance with guidelines/instructions
  • Must be able to work on his/her own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Have excellent organisational and planning skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to deal with different people at different levels within the organisation and outside the organisation (i.e. clients)
