- You will take ownership on our SharePoint environment and infrastructure by initiating, leading and deploying technological developments, innovations and improvements
- Document technological processes and global workflow improvements linked to those innovations
- Analyse and solve complex issues related to our Intranet, Document Management System and other internal SharePoint applications as needed
- Develop a maintenance and support model for the SharePoint environment that follows ITIL standards
- Support back-up and recovery practices and ensure regular server health checks
- Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, product and enterprise road maps and industry trends
- Perform special projects and initiatives as assigned
Solve any technical problems by centralizing, analysing and documenting technical issues faced - Manage the installation of new applications, from release to testing and on different environments
- Continuously improve your skills in terms of new technologies
- Produce and maintain procedures and documentation,
- Provide assistance to internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences
- 5 to 7 years' experience as SharePoint Administrator
- Excellent understanding of SharePoint as a document management system with a first proven experience managing large volumes of documents
- Knowledge in scripting PowerShell is a plus
- Good Knowledge of Scripting SQL (transactions, stored procedures, triggers...), Ideally hold a Microsoft certificate
- Structured and organised with excellent Project Management Skills
- Ability to communicate with various stakeholders and to keep your team informed about your work on a regular basis
- Curious, flexible, with a strong team spirit, comfortable working independently, and open to learn from colleagues
- Good attention to details and good stress resilience
- Excellent analytical skills
- Fluency in French and in English
