CMB set up a branch that provides commercial banking services in Luxembourg in March 2015 and acts as the gateway and regional headquarter of CMB group in Continental Europe.

In May 2021, China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd., has the subsidies-China Merchants Bank (Europe) S.A. in Luxembourg.

Internship Period:
Six months from January 2023 to July 2023


Responsibilities:

• Assisting in accounting file checking, archiving electronically and physically.
• Assisting in preparing the business analyze reports.
• Assisting in assets and liability management.
• Assisting in preparation of accounting and regulatory reporting systems set up or optimization in terms of collecting historical invoices for fixed assets and archiving electronically.
• Assisting in T24 Data quality review and analysis.
• Assisting in FRS implementation regarding gap analysis.
• Assisting in other daily work which might be requested by the business.

Profile:

• Master degree in (Finance/Accounting) Management, finance or economics,
  the trainee must be enrolled in a university program and can do a 6month internship with an internship agreement of the trainee's school program (mandatory internship).
• Good knowledge of Word and Excel is required, good at Microsoft office.
• Strong data analyst skills (such as SQL, VBA) or have relevant accounting certification is an advantage.
• Excellent in both oral and written English and Chinese, fluent in French is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• Motivated, good at providing innovative ideas and comfortable working under pressure.
• Dedicated to maintaining high quality standards of excellence and integrity.
