  • Our client, an Asset Manager in Real Estate sector in Luxembourg and France, is currently looking for a Legal Counsel specialized in Real Estate.
  • As a highly dynamic family office, their activities involve acquiring, promoting, longterm holding, managing, and developing valueadded real estate assets. With a presence in Luxembourg, France, Poland, and the United States, their group oversees all stages of a project's lifecycle.
Your Responsibilities:


  • Reporting to the General Management and Legal Director, your role will encompass various range of tasks
:


  • Conducting analysis, regulatory checks, and negotiation of legal clauses for leases, alongside legal research.
  • Conducting audits on ongoing cases.
  • Drafting and reviewing general contracts as part of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinating lease renewals and drafting amendments and analyzing, compiling case files, and maintaining tracking tables.
  • Managing procedures in collaboration with legal counsel and overseeing alternative dispute resolution procedures.
  • Managing collective procedures impacting tenants, including monitoring key dates, claims declaration, and claim settlement oversight.
  • Establishing and overseeing procedures for acquisitions.
  • Conducting audits and analysis of real estate investment operations.
  • Performing due diligence and monitoring promises and notarial deeds.
  • Implementing and monitoring procedures for real estate asset management.
  • Providing recommendations on related matters.
  • Assisting teams in negotiation and drafting of contracts and agreements and analyzing contractual risks and projectrelated commitments.
  • Monitoring disputes in development projects.
  • Tracking disputes in construction phase projects and overseeing claims related to construction and multirisk damage insurance
Your profile:


  • You possess a Master's degree in French Law (specializing in urban planning, construction, or real estate).
  • Accumulated 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate asset management, specifically focusing on investment within entities such as real estate companies, portfolio management firms, retail chains with significant assets in France, law firms, or notarial studies.
  • Strong grasp of real estate law, urban planning law (both regulatory and operational), including commercial urban planning and authorizations, and construction law.
  • Diligence in scrutinizing details, synthesizing information, predicting requirements, and responding promptly.
  • Versatility and flexibility in adapting to diverse circumstances.
  • Proficient writing, analytical, and synthesis abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with an openminded approach.
  • Proficiency in negotiation.
  • Varied experience in the real estate sector.
  • Selfdriven, responsive, and adept at swiftly adjusting to new environments.
  • Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English
