Corporate Lawyer - Responsibilities will include:

Managing a portfolio of clients in complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and corporate financings.
Providing sound legal advice on corporate matters, commercial contracts, and business operations.
Drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure compliance and protection of our clients' interests.
Representing our clients before regulatory authorities and in commercial litigation, as needed.

Corporate Lawyer - You must have:

Master's degree in law, with a specialization in business law or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Corporate Lawyer, ideally within a toptier law firm.
Strong negotiation, drafting, and legal analysis skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and French; German proficiency will be a significant asset.
Excellent understanding of Luxembourgish and international laws and regulations relating to corporate law.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage client relationships and work in a dynamic team environment.
