Job summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to coordinate 3 important European projects: the Luxembourg Digital Innovation Hub (L-DIH), the Euro Competence Centre as well as the Luxembourg Chips Competence Centre (LU-CCC) within our Assessments and Roadmaps team, under our Innovation Funding & Support (IF&S) department.

Responsibilities

• Project management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the projects, ensuring they align with the strategic objectives of the L-DIH, the Euro CC and the LU-CCC, and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and consortium partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resource allocation: Coordinate with the different partners and consortium teams to monitor optimal utilisation of computing resources for various AI/digitalisation projects, and with the other project member organisations to monitor the progress of the project's KPIs.
• Risk management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Internal and external reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project progress, outcomes, and insights for stakeholders and senior management and oversee the reporting to the European Commission.
